By accessing or using LoanRefinancers.com, creating an account, or submitting any loan or financial information, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and LoanRefinancers.com, Inc. (“LoanRefinancers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Platform and all related services.

By clicking “I Agree,” creating an account, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the Platform or submits loan or financial information through it.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater);
  • Be a legal resident of the United States;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
  • Not be prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any person who does not satisfy these requirements.

3. What We Do

LoanRefinancers.com is an information collection and alert service. We securely store details about your existing loans, monitor refinancing market conditions using AI, and notify you when it looks like refinancing may be worth exploring. We do not lend money, process loan applications, or perform credit checks of any kind.

Specifically, our Platform provides:

  • Loan profile storage: We allow you to securely enter and store information about your current loans — such as loan type, balance, interest rate, remaining term, and monthly payment — so our system can monitor refinancing conditions on your behalf.
  • AI-powered refinancing analysis: Our technology periodically analyzes current market interest rate data alongside the loan information you provide to assess when conditions may favor refinancing.
  • Refinancing opportunity alerts: When our system identifies conditions that may indicate a potentially beneficial refinancing opportunity, we notify you via email, SMS, or in-app notification based on your communication preferences.
  • Informational resources: We provide general educational content about refinancing, interest rates, and loan management to help you make informed decisions.
  • Advertising: Our platform may display advertisements from third parties, which may include mortgage lenders, financial service providers, or other companies. Advertisements are clearly identified as such. Displaying an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by LoanRefinancers.com. We do not share your personal information with advertisers. Ad targeting, if any, is based on general page context — not your personal loan data or account information.

All notifications and analyses are informational only. It is entirely your responsibility to independently evaluate any refinancing opportunity and consult qualified financial or lending professionals before taking any action.

4. What We Do Not Do

Important: LoanRefinancers.com is not a lender, loan broker, mortgage company, financial advisor, or credit reporting agency. We are solely an information collection and notification platform.

LoanRefinancers.com does not:

  • Originate, underwrite, approve, or fund any loan;
  • Accept, process, or submit loan applications on your behalf;
  • Perform, initiate, or request credit inquiries of any kind — soft or hard;
  • Access, retrieve, or store your credit report or credit score;
  • Guarantee that you will qualify for refinancing or receive any particular interest rate;
  • Act as an intermediary, agent, or broker between you and any lender;
  • Provide personalized financial, legal, or tax advice; or
  • Make any commitment on behalf of any lender or financial institution.

Any refinancing you choose to pursue must be arranged independently and directly with a licensed lender of your choosing. LoanRefinancers.com has no involvement in and assumes no responsibility for any financial transactions or agreements you enter into with third parties as a result of using our Platform.

5. AI-Powered Notifications

LoanRefinancers.com uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze refinancing conditions and generate alerts. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1 How Our AI Works Our AI system compares the loan information you enter against publicly available market interest rate data and general lending environment indicators to estimate whether refinancing conditions may be favorable for your situation. When a potential opportunity is identified based on your alert preferences, you receive a notification.

5.2 Alerts Are Estimates Only AI-generated alerts and any associated savings projections are approximations based solely on data you provide and public market information. They are not guarantees. Whether you qualify for refinancing, the rate you are offered, and your actual savings all depend on factors entirely outside our knowledge — including your creditworthiness, employment status, property details, and the lender’s underwriting criteria at the time of your application.

5.3 No Financial Advice Nothing generated by our AI — including alerts, estimates, or rate comparisons — constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Our notifications are intended only to prompt you to explore a potential opportunity with a qualified professional, not to recommend a specific course of action.

5.4 No Credit Data Used Our AI operates exclusively on the loan information you voluntarily enter into the Platform. We do not access, request, or use your credit report, credit score, or any data obtained from credit bureaus at any point in our process.

5.5 Managing Your Notifications You can adjust alert thresholds, notification frequency, and communication channels at any time through your account settings. You may also disable all AI notifications entirely without closing your account by updating your preferences or contacting support@loanrefinancers.com.

6. Account Registration & Security

To use the Platform’s core features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up to date;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your account;
  • Notify us immediately at support@loanrefinancers.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account; and
  • Not create more than one account per person or share your account with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised, misused, or are in violation of these Terms.

7. Information You Provide

To use our alert service, you will enter information about yourself and your existing loans. The information we collect includes:

We do not collect your Social Security Number, bank account numbers, tax documents, pay stubs, or any financial verification documents. Our Platform is designed to function with only the basic loan details listed above. If any screen on our Platform requests such sensitive data, please contact us immediately at support@loanrefinancers.com.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Intentionally providing false or misleading information violates these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

8. Notifications & Communications

8.1 Types of Communications By creating an account, you agree to receive the following communications from us:

  • Refinancing alerts: Notifications when our AI identifies conditions that may indicate a potentially beneficial refinancing opportunity based on your loan profile;
  • Account communications: Emails related to your account, including registration confirmations, security alerts, and notices of Terms updates; and
  • Educational content: Occasional informational content about refinancing topics (you may opt out of these at any time).

8.2 Notification Preferences You control how and how often we contact you. Through your account settings, you can set a minimum interest rate reduction threshold below which no alert is triggered, choose between email, SMS, or in-app notifications, and adjust frequency limits.

8.3 SMS Communications If you opt in to SMS alerts, standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your preferences in your account settings. Reply HELP for assistance.

8.4 Opting Out You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or through your account settings. You cannot opt out of essential account communications (such as security alerts or Terms change notices) while your account remains active.

Note: Receiving an alert does not mean you will qualify for refinancing or achieve any projected savings. All alerts are estimates based solely on the information you provided and publicly available rate data. Always independently verify any opportunity with a licensed lender or financial advisor before making decisions.

8.5 Alert Delivery Limitations Rate alert notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. LoanRefinancers.com does not guarantee the delivery, timeliness, or receipt of any notification. Alert delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to email spam filtering, email provider policies, network outages, incorrect or outdated contact information, and mobile carrier limitations.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining accurate contact information in your account settings and for independently monitoring refinancing conditions. LoanRefinancers.com is not liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other damages arising from the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, or non-receipt of any alert notification.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is a priority. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Key privacy commitments include:

  • We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or unaffiliated third parties;
  • We do not share your loan information with lenders, banks, or any financial institution — we have no lender relationships and do not operate as a referral or lead-generation service;
  • We use your data solely to operate the Platform, deliver notifications, and improve our AI models (using de-identified or aggregated data only for the latter);
  • We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data at rest and in transit; and
  • We comply with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) for California residents.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@loanrefinancers.com.

10. Accuracy of Information & Your Responsibility

The usefulness of our alerts depends entirely on the accuracy of the loan information you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information entered into your account;
  • Inaccurate or outdated loan data will result in alerts that do not reflect your actual financial situation;
  • You should update your loan profile whenever material changes occur (e.g., you have already refinanced, made extra payments, or your rate has changed); and
  • LoanRefinancers.com is not responsible for alerts or decisions made based on inaccurate information you provide.

We recommend reviewing your loan profile periodically to ensure the information remains current and accurate.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

LoanRefinancers.com specifically does not warrant that:

  • AI-generated alerts or savings estimates are accurate or applicable to your actual financial situation;
  • Any refinancing opportunity identified will be available to you or that you will qualify;
  • Market rate data used in our analysis is current or error-free at the moment of any given alert;
  • The Platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss; or
  • Use of our Platform will result in any financial benefit whatsoever.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, lending, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make regarding your loans and any refinancing you choose to pursue.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOANREFINANCERS.COM, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Financial losses resulting from refinancing decisions made in reliance on our alerts or estimates;
  • Missed refinancing opportunities due to delayed, inaccurate, or undelivered notifications;
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated savings estimates or rate comparisons;
  • Unauthorized access to or loss of your account data; or
  • Any other matter arising from your use of the Platform.

IN ALL CASES, LOANREFINANCERS.COM’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOANREFINANCERS.COM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LoanRefinancers.com, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your provision of inaccurate, false, or misleading loan or personal information;
  • Your use of the Platform in violation of applicable law;
  • Any financial decisions you make based on alerts or information received through our Platform; or
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Important: This section requires disputes to be resolved through binding individual arbitration and limits your ability to participate in class action claims.

14.1 Informal Resolution First Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@loanrefinancers.com with a written description of your dispute. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally within 30 days.

14.2 Binding Arbitration If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org. Arbitration may be conducted by phone, video, or written submission unless you request an in-person hearing.

14.3 Class Action Waiver TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND LOANREFINANCERS.COM AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14.4 Opt-Out Right You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@loanrefinancers.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

14.5 Small Claims Exception Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and does not seek relief beyond that court’s jurisdiction.

15. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content — including text, graphics, logos, AI models, algorithms, software, data compilations, and overall design — are owned by LoanRefinancers.com, Inc. or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in monitoring your loan refinancing opportunities. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models, algorithms, or source code;
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Platform; or
  • Create derivative works based on our Platform, content, or technology.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in activity that poses a risk to our Platform or other users.

You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@loanrefinancers.com. Upon closure, all notifications will cease and we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Sections that by their nature survive termination — including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Arbitration — will remain in effect after any account termination.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page;
  • Send registered users an email notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect; and
  • Display a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with revised Terms, your remedy is to stop using the Platform and close your account.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in King County, Washington.

We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws wherever you access the Platform.
